What is the Animato method?
The Animato Dance Art method was developed by Nadine Bommer, director and choreographer of the NADINE Bommer dance company. This method includes the gestures of kinetic movement inspired by the combination of the perpetual movement of waves and the surrounding energy. Nadine Bommer has created and developed her own language seeking to reinforce the experience of movement in the creative process.
During a kinetic movement session, you will be guided by fluid, expansive, expressive and imaginative exercises which will deepen your internal listening. Kinetics gives both dancers and non-dancers a step-by-step process for following their own body language while being connected to self and others and focusing on the present moment.
