After training as a classical dancer at the National Conservatory of Paris then, a few years later, a student in private lessons with Solange GOLOVINE, Gilbert CANOVA and Patrick DUPOND, Aurélie Cointement turned mainly to teaching, choreography and staging.

She works and engages for ten years in the School of Dance and Company
ADAGIO, as a teacher and choreographer and director where she created many variations and ballets, given at the National Theater of L'Apostrophe, such as: La Folie de Camille C, Le Carnaval Chinois, or Les Fantômes de Zakara.

In 2008 and 2009, she was a choreographer and rehearsal director for the Cérémonie des Marius, Musical Comedy by Ludovic Alexandre VIDAL, directed by Samuel SENÉ at the Vingtième Théâtre and then at the Trianon.

She returned to the Salle Wagram stage in 2009 and 2010 then to the Théâtre du Gymnase in 2012, 2013 and 2014, to interpret roles from the classical repertoire within the Compagnie de Danse NATHALIE BUY, former soloist of the Ballet Roland
Petit and Monte-Carlo and also teaches in its Dance School for 6 years.
In 2011 she choreographed the Musical Comedy On the Other Side of the Sun by Mitzi
BRAVINE and Françoise CASAMATTA, directed by Jean Paul BAZZICONI at the Vingtième Théâtre.

In 2012, she participated, within the Company MUSIDRAMA, as choreographer and rehearsalist in the magnificent annual project of the city of Troyes Ville en Lumières 2012 on the theatrical show Le Trésor de Rachi written by Pascal BANCOU, on a staging by Samuel SENÉ.

The same year she joined the Children's School of Musical Comedy within the Center de Danse du Marais, as a dance teacher and choreographer, in which she still works to this day.

In 2015, she wrote and directed a musical show dedicated to children, Madame Ming. In 2017 she opened her own private classical dance lessons in which she still trains children and adolescents in classical dance at a professional level and brings several of her students to the Paris Opera, the CNSMD as well as in many national and international companies.

The same year she participated in several TV shows Les Maternelles on themes such as: Classical Dance and children or the goods made from Dance in general. Finally, she resumes her choreography La Folie de Camille C. with her professional students for a short film for 2018.
