American dancer and choreographer Steffi has over 20 years of international experience in dance and performance art. Her work spans a wide range of projects, including television, film, musicals, and live performances…MTV, Nike, Universal, Virgin Richard Branson, LA Laker Girls, PIA, Destiny's Child…
Drawing on these experiences, Steffi has been offering a strong and innovative concept since 2006 through " LadyShock Streetjazz Heels" to make dance accessible to all, through a vision of chic, confident femininity.
Streetjazz/Hip Hop (Teens 9-15 years old)
The street jazz class allows you to discover all the modern variants of jazz by ensuring a complete warm-up of the body, work on the correct positioning of the body and flexibility. Also inspired by Hip Hop (turns, pirouettes, jumps, balances, flexibility, sequences, etc.), this discipline raises awareness of the technical vocabulary of dance, musicality and rhythm. Ladyshock Streetjazz Heels
This Ladyshock class is designed to help you find your balance and poise in heels. The class begins with a thorough warm-up focusing on alignment and posture. You'll improve your balance, strength, and musicality by working through choreography in RnB, Hip Hop, and Pop styles. Be more confident, powerful, and sassy in your heels! Fun and dynamic, this class is accessible to all!
