About flamenco teacher Maria DONZELLA GAUBERT
Founder and artistic director of the ATIKA Association, solo dancer and choreographer, she trained in flamenco dance with renowned teachers: Angelita Gomez, Matilde Coral, Manolo Marin, Manolete, Blanca del Rey, El Güito, Lola Greco, Maria del Mar Moreno, Milagro Mengibar, the director of the national ballet of Spain Victoria Eugenia, Antonio el Pipa, the choreographers José Granero, Javier Latorre, Eva la Yerbabuena and Olga Pericet.
She began her career as a dancer in the company "Ballet Flamenco de Paris" under the direction of choreographer Patricio Martin in 2001.
From the meeting in 2001 with the guitarist Pascal GAUBERT their artistic paths will take a decisive turn due to a perfect complementarity and artistic understanding. The result is a deep work that can be felt in the dance classes or in the shows in which they perform: from this agreement was born the ATIKA association of which they are still the main driving force with the help of other artists who have since joined.
Maria's solid formation in flamenco and her search for an authentic flamenco, make her an excellent pedagogue much appreciated by her faithful students.

You will thus be able to play so-called concert castanets whose surprising virtuosity will enchant you.
