NIA® – Wellness Dance

Having initiated for a long time research on resilience capacities and
self-healing of the body, the discovery in 2009 of the Nia® dance as transmitted by Regine Petit in Paris, opened up new perspectives for me.

This new approach to body awareness through the joy of movement and the different energies that unfold at each session have been rich for my personal development.

All these years of experimentation have made me want to pass on and share this inspiring practice. The training provided in France by France-Laude Gohard, trainer in the United States, allowed me to become certified white belt practitioner (2017) et blue belt (2019) in Nia® Technique.

“Let us dance with joy, so that it shines around us! ”

What is The Nia® Technique?

The Nia® Technique, born in the United States in the 1980s, is a synergy between dances, martial arts and body awareness. It offers a benevolent and warm environment, and invites us to take time for ourselves.

Simple choreographies allow you to move with pleasure and confidence.e, in respect of his body and his possibilities, to (re) find or strengthen vitality and joy of living.

The session takes place with different levels of energy and intensities on varied and inspiring music. No experience is required, welcome at any time of the year to experiment!
