Hatha Yoga

Aloys Berdoll, 42, practices Hatha-Yoga since 24 years. In 2009, he finalized the training cycle of Yoga teacher provided by EIDYT (International School of Traditional Yoga, training organization of the French Federation of Hatha Yoga).

He gives yoga classes to the staff of Bouygues Telecom since 2007, Lagardere active in 2010, GE Healthcare and in 2012 Pick-up Services since 2014. He also co-hosts seminars on stress management at work in collaboration with therapists and doctors.

In this context, he has notably intervened in the hospital environment (Beauvais University Hospital 2009 – Croix Saint Simon Foundation Hospital 2010) but also at SNCF (2012). With individuals, he gives weekly lessons at the Center de Danse du Marais (Paris 4) and occasionally offers yoga courses.
