Zhi Neng Qi Gong Workshop

“Zhi Neng Qi Gong” is an ancient form of moving meditation originating from China, focused on the development of inner vital energy, called “Qi”. It combines fluid movements, deep breathing and mental focus to harmonize body, mind and spirit. Used as both a healing practice and a method of improving vitality, “Zhi Neng Qi Gong” is known to strengthen the immune system, improve flexibility and balance emotions. But also offer dancers techniques to improve body awareness, fluidity of movements and emotional connection.
