Oriental dance is not limited only to movements of the pelvis, it requires flexibility, tonicity of the bust, shoulders, arms, hands, pelvis and stomach. It helps to tone the thighs, soften the joints, develop the abdominals and maintain the back.

Open to all, oriental dance can be practiced at any age depending on the limits of each dancer.
