Cuban salsa, otherwise called “Casino” in Cuba, is a very dynamic dance that has its roots in Cuban sound and Afro-Cuban rumba. The figures in pairs and the movements are done in a circular manner. Cuban salsa can be danced in rueda de casino where couples of dancers are positioned in a circle and perform the same figures or partner switching games.
